Education could be throwing a pencil across the room to see how well it flies
or dropping a water bomb on the postman’s head
or catching a mouse.
It could be making a boat out of apples to see if they float
or putting pine needles on top of the stove
or jumping in puddles.
It could be finding a hedgehog
or leaving wax crayons on a radiator
or trying to throw a crisp.
It could be skimming stones and looking at the ripples they leave
or the bubbles that fish make
then wondering how to catch them with:
a pencil
a button
and a half made sock.
