The ICT department is proud to announce a return of the Animations Workshops for partner primaries. Last year saw many of these sessions run very successfully and this year they are back by popular demand!
Children come into RHS and after being shown how to animate a plasticine model they use the DigiBlue cameras to bring them to life. Children are encouraged to let their imagination run wild with all sorts of creatures or inventions, then animate them. Finally, before leaving the animations are “sewn” together to give us our very own “premiere” screening. Each school will be given their animations to take away on CD. Last year saw daleks, rats and cookie monsters all coming to life. Please have a quick look at a collection of some of last year’s animations.
